What’s the best way to share our blessings this Christmas than to give a gift to the less fortunate kids. Sharing and giving is utmost evident in this season and since Christmas is for kids, it’s best if we can take part on how to make them feel special and loved on Christmas day.
For the past years, I have seen the TV commercials of Jollibee encouraging the viewers most especially the kids to donate their toys and books for the less fortunate through their Maaga ang Pasko campaign. I remember once, when I was still a single lass, dropping a toy on the huge donation box inside the Jollibee store. And, now, that I’m a mom, I have witnessed how much joy a simple toy and a book can make a difference to my daughter. So this year, I’m vouching to actively participate in Jollibee’s Maaga Ang Pasko campaign and encourage my family, relatives and friends to share a portion of their blessing and be an instrument of happiness to the kids in their own little way.
On its 19th year, Jollibee Maaga ang Pasko, the country’s biggest and longest running toy and book donation drive in the country, let’s families around the globe take part in an annual tradition of spreading smiles and cheer for less fortunate kids this Christmas with the launch of Jollibee Maaga Ang Pasko microsite, where families here or abroad can donate a book or a toy online made possible through the help of their campaign partners, Toy Kingdom and Goodwill Bookstore.
To make an online donation, you may visit www.jollibee.com.ph and click on the Maaga Ang Pasko microsite at the bottom part of the Jollibee homepage. You may choose from the toy packs or book bundles and follow the simple steps noted there. Every purchase will automatically be donated to Maaga Ang Pasko.
Here are some of the photos during the launch in SM Marikina:
Jollibee Regional Marketing Manager Bong Tan, along with Jollibee and the Jollibee marketing team, led the oath-taking ceremony of the newest batch of Jolly Toy Scouts.
Representatives of Goodwill Bookstore, major campaign and online donation partner of the 19th Maaga ang Pasko, with The Voice finalist Morissette Amon and Jollibee
Radio DJ and event host Cerah Hernandez interviewed the Rayo family, the 3rd Jollibee Family Values Awards winners from Metro Manila.
The Voice finalist Morissette Amon added cheer and joyful music to the 19th Maaga ang Pasko launch at SM Marikina.
The campaign also aims to tap the Filipino communities in the United States, Middle East, Hongkong and Singapore where Maaga Ang Pasko boxes will be placed in Jollibee stores.
I hope all of us will take our part in supporting this campaign and encourage our relatives and friends to drop a little present (a book or a toy) in the Maaga Ang Pasko boxes placed in Jollibee stores and let’s spread the word about the Jollibee Maaga Ang Pasko microsite where our loved ones abroad can donate online.
For now, let me leave you with this year’s Jollibee commercial as Keisha and I pack the books and toys that we will donate. As a mom, it’s important to teach the kids the value of sharing what they have and caring for the welfare of others. I hope through this we can bring joy and smile in a kid’s heart this Christmas.

as a kid, i always saw their commercial about it and have always wanted to donate. maybe this time I will indeed donate some toys, since it will make small children very happy <3 I'm glad Jollibee actually has this program, it reminds us that some people are out there who needs our love and that we do, in our little ways of sharing.
Wow. nice campaign from jabi ah! <3 haha! Brings back memories.
You are raising your daughter so well!
I love this program by Jollibee. I used to give my pre-loved books as a kid.
it’s so true..a simple toy and bookmake a child happy:) we may not have Jollibee as host for an event such as you mentioned but we organize one in church so that we can give used toys and books to less fortunate children in our community on Christmas Day:)
We’re also sorting toys and books for putting inside the Jollibee box this year. The kids are also helping me save some money to buy new books and toys to share with other kids. đŸ™‚
I just love Jollibee! Aside sa good food, may magandang mithiin sila na mapasaya ang maraming kids this coming Christmas. đŸ™‚
You are right, that Christmas is for all the kids. Christmas is the season of sharing, sharing your blessings to the less fortunate. I’m glad that Jollibee launch such kind of event.
