Hi guys! How’s your week so far? I hope you’re all having a great and happy mid-week. =)
Last Saturday, my grandma celebrated her 74th birthday in her home in Antipolo. How time flies? I remember back then, when I was in elementary grade my “lola” would pick me up from school on Fridays and I stay with them over the weekend. I must say that I had a happy childhood because of the great contribution of my grandma. She spoiled me with clothes, toys and lots of food.
Here’s Keisha singing the birthday song to her “Granny”.
We only ordered food from Lydia’s – barbeque, pansit bihon and Lydia’s lechon, Pancit Palabok and puto from Marikina, crispylicious and juicylicious Jollibee Chickenjoy, Sansrival cake from Goldilocks, and Selecta ice cream.
I told my lola to smile for our version of “selfie”. Is that how is it called when you are two in the photo? Haha.
I asked my grandma what gift she wanted for her birthday, without hesitation, she said her request. I thought she still wants floyd rose from guitar center for her collection.
To the woman who responsibly raised her children and who loves me dearly, happy happy birthday! I will forever be grateful that you are my grandma. May God continuously grant the desires of your heart and may you be blessed with more fruitful and happy years with us. I love you so much Lola!
