I tried Myra E before but only for two weeks so I don’t know kung may effect ba sa kin. hehehe! I’ve been doing 3 out of 5 from your list.
When Myra-E products were first introduced in the Philippines, I was very excited kasi mura eh, but hindi pala ako hiyang :,( My skin went extremely oily when I used their moisturiser and I broke into acne. 🙁

Waaah! That’s one of my problems…EXERCISE! Kapag yan na ang usapan feeling ko pagod na ako agad… Kapag nagstart naman ako mag-exercise konting minuto pa lang suko na ako and after that plakda agad sa kama tulog then gutom na gutom haha!
