Throughout the years, Coca-Cola has never failed to bring Christmas spirit closer to our hearts from their TV commercials to their unique holiday campaigns. Their dedication towards spreading happiness and continuous efforts to inspire people are the reasons why the brand has been so successful globally.
Recently, hundreds of Filipinos trooped to SM MOA Concert Grounds to witness Coca-Cola’s free Christmas Concert dedicated to our ‘unsung heroes’. They are the simple everyday heroes who work during holidays to help us and bring us the warmth and joy of Christmas time. This moment was an excellent way to show gratitude to these people.
According to Coca-Cola Philippines Vice-President for Marketing, Stephan Czypionka, “This Christmas, Coca-Cola wants to put the spotlight on the people who makes us feel the magic of Christmas or who we call as #TagahatidPasko or ‘bringers of Christmas’. We want to inspire people to recognize and show their appreciation for these people we rarely say thank you to…”
The concert ground was brimming with excitement and anticipation before the concert started.
Coca-Cola ambassadors James Reid, Nadine Lustre, Enchong Dee, Ylona Garcia, and Bailey Mae entertained the #TagahatidPasko and made them feel special with their amazing performances. Also, they disclosed their own #TagahatidPasko, and shared their personal stories about them.
There were fun and exciting booths for the guests to enjoy such as the Coke karaoke booths, 5by20 Women Artisan booth, Coke tattoo booths and the Coca-Cola Santa and Snow land stations where guests took pictures and played with ice-cold snow.
It was a fantastic treat for everyone in attendance, aside from the eargasmic songs played by the OPM legends such as Rico Blanco, Gloc-9, Callalily and Sandwich, celebrity favorites like Diego Loyzaga, Alexa Ilacad, Nash Aguas, Darren Espanto also joined the fun in the event. Making it even more exciting. Also, Coke products were served throughout the concert.
Lucky winners from the raffle draw also got to take home new iPhones and Coca-Cola electric fans. But that’s not all as several employees from Coca-Cola partners 7-Eleven, Shell, Select, Grab, Mini Stop, Coca-Cola 5 by 20, Shakey’s, Djarn, Sentinel, Tropical Hut Pasay City, MMDA, and PNP, who were nominated as Taga-hatid Pasko heroes also received special rewards and gifts during the event.

Coca-Cola will also extend the holiday spirit to those everyday heroes who work in gas stations, MRT and LRT stations, fast food chains, grocery stores, malls and airports around Metro Manila by surprising them with Coca-Cola goodies to bring home for themselves and their families for Christmas eve!
It’s such a privilege to be a part of this celebration. Not only did I enjoy the performances done by the celebrities and OPM legends but also seeing the #TagahatidPasko heroes being recognized and appreciated truly made me happy.
